USE OF THE BUNGALOWS:

4 PERSONS MAXIMUM 6 PERSONS MAXIMUM

  • The bungalows are designed for 4 persons at most.

  • Only one vehicle or motorbike per lodging allowed; you can park your vehicle next to the bungalow. Vehicles may not enter or circulate inside the campsite from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m.

  • The bungalows are designed for 6 persons at most.

  • Only one vehicle or motorbike per lodging allowed; you can park your vehicle behind the bungalow. Vehicles may not enter or circulate inside the campsite from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m.

  • On your arrival, the bungalow will be available from 3 p.m. The bungalow must be left vacant before 12 a.m. on the last day of your stay. You have to give notice of your departure to allow us to check the bungalow before you go.

  • The bungalow must be left behind in the same conditions you found it (clean and ordained), the kitchenware must be clean and the garbage should be deposited in the appropriate containers. Otherwise, there will be an extra charge of € 18 as cleaning fee.

  • All persons (including the users of the bungalows) are required to follow the campsite’s internal rules, especially with regard to the next aspects: Silence must be respected from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m.; it is forbidden to enter the campsite with motor vehicles. Any equipment that produces noise (radio, TV, etc.) must be kept at a low volume during the whole day and must be turned off during the hours of silence.

  • No pets allowed in the bungalows.

  • 1 double bedroom with two twin beds or bunk beds (80 cm each).

  • 3 blankets and 3 pillows.

  • 1 toilet with: shower with panel, a toilet with a mirror.

  • 1 fridge/freezer.

  • 1 vitro ceramic (2 plates).

RESERVING A BUNGALOW:

4 PERSONS MAXIMUM 6 PERSONS MAXIMUM

  • Reservations can be made by telephone. Upon your reservation, you have to make a deposit of € 69 for each bungalow you want to reserve; this will be a guarantee for your reservation and your stay. You are required to transfer the money to “CAMPING CIUDAD DE ALBARRACIN”, International Bank Account Number (IBAN):
    ES38 2085 3853 61 0330054003 (BIC Ibercaja: CAZRES2Z).

  • Reservations can be made by telephone. Upon your reservation, you have to make a deposit of € 95 for each bungalow you want to reserve; this will be a guarantee for your reservation and your stay. You are required to transfer the money to “CAMPING CIUDAD DE ALBARRACIN”, International Bank Account Number (IBAN):
    ES38 2085 3853 61 0330054003 (BIC Ibercaja: CAZRES2Z).

  • Once the transfer is made, please send us a fax with the following documents: photocopy of the transfer order, photocopy of your identification document of passport and a mention of the days you made the reservation form (check-in date and check-out date). Our fax number is (+ 34) 978 710 156.

  • The rest of the sum must be paid upon your arrival. That same day, you will be asked to make a deposit of € 100 which will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after the inventory (deducting possible damages or lack of something).

  • In case of cancellation of a reservation, we will refund the client the following percentage of the deposit:
    • 30 days before your arrival: 100%
    • 20 days before your arrival: 50%
    • 10 days before your arrival: 10%
    • 9 days before your arrival: NO REFUND

  • The user has to pay the total amount for the agreed stay. There will be no repayment if the lodging is not used the whole time.
    Once the reservation is concluded, the management of the camping will make sure the bungalow is at the client’s disposal for the period covered by the deposit.
